Visit UMS

The new Underwood Middle School (UMS) is located on the west side of Railroad Highway (formerly Highway 191) at 601 Third Street and is connected to Underwood Elementary School. Travel one block west at the intersection of Main and Third, where the Underwood Post Office and The Country Store are located, and you will see UMS.
Enter through the front doors (north side of the building) to find the UMS office area, occupied by Principal Lewie Curtis and Secretary Annette Koenig. Near that same entrance is the District Administration Offices entrance. There you can find Superintendent Ed Hawks, Secretary Sandy Seidler, and School Board Secretary Shelly Naig.
Office hours are from 7:45-3:45, however you can usually find someone before and after those times!
